Interchange acquires retail operations of Western Union in France and Austria

Interchange, a leading provider of money transfer and foreign currency services, has acquired Western Union’s (WU) dedicated stores in Vienna, Paris, and in the principal regional cities of France. The acquisition involves 26 stores and approx. 150 people including one of the single busiest sites in WU’s worldwide network.
