Meet the team

Having chosen finance as a career over football many years ago, Andrew, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, went on to hold senior finance roles with several international blue-chip companies.

He joined Interchange in June 2008 and takes responsibility for all financial matters across the Group, including a proactive role in all commercial developments.

He still dreams of keeping one final clean sheet for Leeds United, where he played in his youth, rather than completing another fascinating spreadsheet! However, these days he is more likely found climbing a mountain or paddleboarding down a river.

David is responsible for our Czech operations, overseeing 40 branches and 250 employees.

He ensures the most stringent compliance with Central Bank requirements and our own procedures, and was recently awarded a new 5-year term at Prague’s International Airport.

Adrian joined in May 2012; previously based in Johannesburg, he has built a network throughout Southern Africa.

He partnered with the Zambian Post Office to offer money transfer capability across the nation.

He drives the Group’s digital development. Now based in Canada he continues to strive for new opportunities.

Lionel leads the development of Interchange Group in Poland as an FX operator and a main Western Union Agent. He manages a network of 30 FX and WU stores, and over 200 WU Sub-Agents.

Krisztian joined Interchange in 2013 from the 250-year-old auction house, art dealer and microlender company BAV, where he was the managing director of the financial institution and the Romanian subsidiary of the Group.
He is currently the managing director of the Interchange Hungarian group of 6 entities and is responsible for the company’s fintech project. Previously, as Managing Director of Interchange Austria, he led the American Express acquisition in Vienna, and also, for several years, he supervised the Group’s compliance, IT and internal education areas.
Under his leadership, the Hungarian team received several recognitions, including the Budapest Airport’s Best Developing Commercial Service Provider and the Best Retailer of the Year awards.

Nadia joined Interchange in 2015 and is the Country Director for Italy. She looks after all of our branches in Rome and Venice, and takes responsibility for compliance and business development.

Giuseppe, the Operations and Development Director for France, a seasoned finance professional with 30+ years of expertise in money transfer and currency exchange, has excelled in key roles like General Director and Director of Sales. His leadership style prioritizes teamwork and innovation, with a strong focus on compliance under ACPR and FCA oversight, he drives operational excellence while upholding the highest regulatory standards.

Marek joined in 1999 and has developed a wide ranging knowledge of the foreign exchange business in the Czech Republic.

He continues to advise on acquisition opportunities throughout the Republic with an emphasis on corporate acquisition targets.

Daniel joined Interchange in 2014 and today fully manages the Austrian operations and takes full responsibility for P&L. His track record shows several managment positions in the financial and in the travel industry. 

Before joining Interchange, Daniel was managing American Express Foreign Exchange Service at Vienna Airport. 

Daniel holds a master’s degree in management and corporate governance from the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.
