You will be responsible for facilitating international money transfers, both in cash and by credit card, and conducting currency exchange operations for our clients. We rely on you to ensure that the provided customer service is always of excellent quality. Your role will be crucial in identifying and preventing risks associated with our business by following our Compliance procedures.
- Familiarity with computer usage
- Experience in cash management and comfortable with numbers
- Enjoy taking on challenges, possessing necessary business skills
- Master the art of negotiation
- Organized, rigorous, and flexible
- Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in languages in addition to French is welcome
You are very comfortable working in both team and individual settings, available, responsive, with a strong potential for negotiation. Naturally adept at commercial service, you have a strong customer relationship and an appetite for numbers and challenges.
