Interchange Executive visits South African operation

The Interchange Management Executive visited Johannesburg in early December, not to escape the European winter, but to witness the Group’s rapidly growing Southern African operations.
Managing Director, Adrian Coetzee is shown here with his colleagues in the Sunnypark Mall Branch in Pretoria where trialling of its new MTM capability is taking place. MTM will allow automated money transfer from more remote locations across the country.
Local staff were delighted to meet many of the Group’s senior managers.

The team were soon to don protective helmets and go underground in the Sterkfontein Caves, a UNESCO World heritage Site. Sterkfontein was featured last week on the BCC World News as the site of the discovery of one of the earliest humanoids.
